So, we are in New York

I will be honest, it's all still exciting and despite being here for two days, part of me still doesn't quite believe it.  I asked dad yesterday at what point do Native New Yorkers and residents stop looking up when they have so many skyscrapers, too, lol.  Only because I was interested, of course, and I realised the night before that my phone wallpaper at the lock screen is an illustration of Times Square (only slightly more ruined lol).  And the city residents are very funny and very friendly too

Anyway, I have brought with me my manual camera and three films for it.  Back to black and White format the way I like it.  I also have a small digital camera and my phone camera.  Quality not as good as a dslr but the IPhone camera is surprisingly clear and bright.  We went up the Empire State yesterday and hopefully we are going up the Rockafella tower today.  I am also going to shop in places I wanted to yesterday but instead conceded against for the aim to please my extremely bored sister (no, she was not impressedby the Empire State and does not want to go up the Rockafella either).

Will have my pics developed when we get back and put them on dA when they have arrived.  One film has been used already so that's good progress   - but I may have to convert some dollars back to do so or I may be slightly skint lol!
